Up to two courses (6 credits) may be taken per semester, for a maximum of two semesters.
Credits earned during non-degree status cannot be transferred into a degree program.
s각 학위과정 지원자 중 불합격 시 하위 학위과정으로 전환하거나 연구생으로 전환하기를 희망하는 경우, 입학원서 접수 시 ‘전환지원여부’에 희망의사를 선택할 것 (전형결과에 따라 전환 허용 여부 결정)
s“연구생”: 석사학위과정 및 박사학위과정의 각 학과별 약간 명
(1) 각 학위과정별 교과목을 한 학기에 6학점까지 이수 가능하고, 두 개 학기 등록할 수 있음
(2) 연구생 과정 중에 취득한 학점은 본 대학원 학위과정 진학 시 학점인정 불가.
Qualifications 지원자격
Master's Program/Combined Master's and Doctoral Program/Non-degree Program:
Applicant must have completed a four-year-course university or university-equivalent courses and acquired Bachelor’s degree as of February 2015.
Ph.D. Program and Non-degree Program:
Applicant must have completed post-graduate course and acquired Masters’ degree as of February 2015.
* Unless applicant obtains a degree by her entrance date, admission shall be canceled.
For international students
Applicants must be female and should meet at least one of the following three qualification requirements:
a. An individual who is a female foreign national and whose parents are both of foreign nationality and satisfies
the language proficiency requirement.
b. An individual who has completed all years of primary, secondary schooling and university education overseas, of
which curriculum deems to be equivalent to the primary, secondary schooling and university in Korea and satisfies
the language proficiency requirement. For more informaion on language proficiency requirement, please refer to "Additional Requirements for International Students and Korean heritage students."
c. North Korean defector whose status is verified by the Protection Law of Korea.

Note유의사항
Any matters which are not specified in this admissions guide will be pursuant to the decisions of the Ewha GSIS Admissions Review Committee. 본교 대학원 전형에 대하여 본 요강에 명시되어 있지 않은 사항에 대해서는 본교 국제대학원 입학사정위원회가 정하는 바에 따름.
Application 지원 및 제출서류 관련 유의사항
Applicants who have attended more than two colleges or universities should write down all schools they have attended on the application form.
Once the application is registered, cancellation of the application is not available, and the documents and admission fee are not subject to be returned to the applicant.
Applicants will not be accepted if they fail to submit the required documents by the deadline, even though on-line application is completed. Also, documents that are submitted after the application deadline will not be taken into account in the evaluation.
No submitted documents or records will be returned to the applicant.
GSIS office may ask an applicant to submit additional documents not listed above, if there is a need to verify the authenticity of submitted documents.
가.전적대학이 2개교 이상일 경우 원서접수 시 ‘출신대학(교) 및 학과(전공)’란에 모든 전적대학을 입력 하여야 함.
나.원서접수 완료 후에는 입학원서 기재사항의 수정이 불가능하며, 전형료를 반환하지 않음.
다.원서접수를 완료하였다 하더라도 모든 입학원서(출력본)와 제출서류를 해당 기간 내에 제출하지 않는 경우에는 자격미달로 처리하고, 서류의 일부를 해당 기간 내에 제출하지 않는 경우에는 해당 서류를 전형평가 대상에서 제외할 수 있음.
라.접수된 제출서류는 반환하지 않음.
마.본 요강에 명시된 제출서류 이외에도 지원자격 등과 관련하여 사실 확인에 필요한 서류를 추가로 요구할 수 있음.
Evaluation Process전형관련 유의사항
Applicants who do not attend the interview will have their application terminated.
Applicants should bring their national ID card and admission ticket to the interview. Possession or use of a cell phone or PDA is not allowed during the interview.
Details of the evaluation process and scores shall not be disclosed.
Even scored applicants will be treated according to the rules of Ewha Graduate School Admission.
Even if the number of applicants is fewer than the volume of recruitment, applicants who do not meet the academic requirements of Ewha GSIS, will be refused admission according to the Ewha Admission Review Committee.
In cases where the applicant is found to be ineligible for application, or has made any misrepresentation/ alteration to the submitted documents (including those submitted by proxy), or has perpetrated any other kind of fraud, the university may deny or revoke the applicant's admission or enrollment. This applies even if the fraudulence poses no immediate effect on the applicant's passing of admission. Those whose admission or enrollment is denied or revoked for this reason may not reapply for admission to the university in the future.
가.지정된 면접(구술)고사에 결시하면 불합격으로 처리됨.
나.수험생은 고사기간 중 수험표와 신분증(주민등록증, 여권, 운전면허증)을 반드시 지참하여야 하며, 전자 및 통신기기류 등을 소지할 경우 부정행위로 간주되어 불합격 처리될 수 있음.
다.입학전형 평가내용 및 성적은 공개하지 않음.
라.각 과정별 동점자 처리는 본 대학원이 정한 기준에 따름.
마.지원자가 모집인원에 미달하거나 또는 초과하더라도, 적절한 학력수준에 못 미친다고 본 대학원이 판단하는 경우에는 모집인원에 상관없이 본 국제대학원 입학사정위원회의 심의를 거쳐 선발하지 않을 수 있음.
바.지원자격 미달자 및 제출서류(위임제출 포함)의 허위기재, 변조, 기타 부정한 행위와 관련된 사실이 확인될 경우에는 위 사실이 합격에 영향을 미치지 않았더라도 합격 또는 입학을 취소할 수 있음. 또한 합격 또는 입학취소가 된 자에게는 향후 본교의 입학을 허가하지 않을 수 있음.
Registration 등록관련 유의사항
Accepted students should pay the tuition within the designated time period.
Applicants who will not enroll to School or want to be refunded whole tuition are required to submit Admission Withdrawal and Application for Tuition Repayment form to GSIS office.
The refund of tuition will be conducted according to the Rules of Education and Entrance Fee by Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MEST).
가.합격자는 소정 기일 내에 등록금을 납부하여야 함
나.합격자가 본교에 등록하지 않을 경우 또는 등록금을 환불할 경우에는 본 대학원에 등록포기각서(본교 소정양식, 국제대학원 홈페이지에서 다운로드)를 제출하여야 함
